Chief Man Says

I really have a thing for "indigenous arts" or however you wanna say it. Especially those of central America and the Pacific Northwest native cultures. There is only influence, though; I don't claim to be replicating the awesomeness. I drew this guy while working under the theme of "outlaws." Not really quite sure how it came out of my pen under those circumstances.
